This one day workshop develops practical performance management skills using a proven 5 step coaching and performance management process .This will enable the participants to confidently and constructively coach their team members to achieve their performance goals.

• The value of on-going performance feedback
• A 5 step coaching model to guide discussions
• Coaching through the problem/opportunity stage to enable others to implement solutions (inc. practise sessions)
