Within our workplaces, we often must influence those around us without formal authority. This can often be a frustrating and fruitless exercise. This workshop will allow you to reflect on critical influence principles and skills, to positively influence peers, managers, clients and other stakeholders. It will include:

· Identifying and assessing Personal and Positional elements of influence within your role and strategies to leverage these elements
· Influencing your Manager – identifying your over & underdeveloped tactics
· Applying the Cohen-Bradford Reciprocity Influence Model to your situations
· Your workplace specific case studies to develop your influence tactics in challenging stakeholders situations
