One of the first things we can do to positively manage stress is to challenge our distorted thinking patterns & attitudes including pessimism, procrastination & catastrophic thinking. It’s easy to take a small inconvenience & turn it into a major problem. Lets challenge the cognitive processes about what is a threat & what is not.
